Self portrait art

 We have created a portrait of ourselves.  We used People Paint for our skin and water colours for the background and our hair.  We also used sharpie to outline our features.

PE and Sports

 This term Matua Tupara came in to teach us some athletics skills.  We learnt how to throw a discus and a shot put.  We also practised running and jumping.

Te reo fruit and vege

 

Mrs H is training to be a teacher and she was in our class for four weeks.  We learnt the te reo Maori words for some fruit and vegetables.
